My husband recently got me an iPad from MTN at Fourways Mall on the 04/11/2013 assisted by Sibusiso. He was due for an upgrade so his contract was upgraded from voice to data contract. We were informed that the sim card was ready and will work, but I couldn't access the Internet, the following day I called MTN customer care I was informed the sim failed on the net work and it will take 2 - 24hrs and I should restart the iPad but nothing changed I still couldn't access the Internet I have used my Vodafone sim card and the iPad works fine. I contacted the the call center again and spoke to the technical person Nandi he also advised me to switch in on and off and will work after 5 minutes but still didn't work I went back to the MTN shop and told Sibusiso but he couldn't help me he said he escalated the matter and he was going to call me back an he hasn't. I so surprised that for such a huge service provider no one can assist me regarding this issue it's been a week and I will end up forfeiting my Megs. MTN consultants have been useless and unhelpful how difficult couldn't it be to enable a sim card to access the Internet and I can make calls with this sim card
