I recently upgrade my MTN contract. As part of the upgrade I changed the credit card account information from which the contract charges would be paid. Despite having completed this information a number of times and having provided this information a number of times telephonically MTN continues to suspend my line monthly for payment failure. Each time I am assured that all the information has been updated and that it is now sorted out only to have my line suspended again the following month. This is most frustrating and terrible service. I should not need to spend hours and hours every month to sort out the same problem!
