I recently purchased a iphone from Altech Auto page when I had taken it home and placed the phone on charge it came on but the menu button was not working I then phoned auto page and the guy said bring it in within 7days I had taken the phone in still with all the plastic on they sent it to CPA in JHB
They then had sent a email and pictures which are attached saying that I had dropped the phone but when the phone was checked that it had not even a scratch on it still in its box and plastic over so I was calm and tried to tell them I didn't drop the phone at all which did not work .i am now waiting 5 weeks for some feedback on my phone and no one can tell me where my cell phone is and how far it's like it has vanished because I give them my ime number all they say is they cannot pick up phones on the CPA side and I am paying for the past 2 months an did have no phone I don't even know where it is and the sim is cut so it only fits in a aplle phone so this sim is of no use to me without an apple phone then i finally send a email to the repair center in JHB and they finally reply and tell me ow sorry our printer has been broken for 5 weeks a printer is broken
