DO NOT TRUST VODACOM! For 5 years this useless Vodacom has been illegally deducting insurance premiums which I did not consent to or approve. Vodacompletly useless helped itself to my bank account to the tune of R4 424, 00! When I demanded a refund they paid out R1 659, 00? This without explanation by the arrogant staff. I have posted this complaint before and these directors, Joosub, Baasa, Delpoort, Janena and patel, have no clue what is going on in their own company! DO NOT TRUST VADACOMPLETELY USELESS AS THEY WILL HELP THEM SELF TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND NOT GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND, THEY DO NOT EVEN RESPOND TO THIS COMPLAINT!
