Invoices and statements

I have been a client of MWeb for over ten years and never receive invoices and statements. I have a monthly debit order for my subscription. I have now requested invoices and statements to be emailed to me for the past financial / tax year, as I require these documents for tax purposes. SARS has requested proof of my account, and I have now requested the documentation from MWEB, with no results. I phoned and spoke to Ryan and Walied and both promised to send me the statements, however I have still not received them. I was told that MWeb changed their systems a few months ago, so this has resulted in a problem with them not being able to obtain these documents. Quite honestly, this is not my problem, as it is a requirement by law for them to keep records of all documents for at least five years. In the meantime I have a deadline to meet with SARS!! Non one appears to be interested in assisting.
