I paid over on my bill for the month of September and October and Cellc sent me an sms on the 29/10/2013 that an EFT refund has been approved an the R227.67 will be in my bank account in 7 days.
Today it is the 10tth day and I haven't received the refund, I called the customer service a couple of times and still I haven't been assisted, this is really unacceptable and I am not happy with the way Cellc has treated me, I would really like to know why I haven't received my refund and I want this matter to be resolved by the end of today.
