Incompetence and lack of communication inconvenien

My cell phone contract was due for an upgrade so I therefore put down a notice of termination in July 2013, I was informed by the service consultant to port to any SP, so I did on the 8th October 2013 port to mtn, I had waited for nashua to release my number til the 4th of November when Nashua decided to softlock my line I then called Nausha to inquire and spoke to Palesa from the customer service who advised that the information did not correspond hence I wasnt ported and acknowledged that I wasnt notified of the mistake that had appeared on their side she unlocked my line and promised to investigate the matter and get back to me till today I got an sms from Nashua mobile softlocking my line again. I am highly inconvenienced by Nashua mobile not knowing if they coming or going. I do not have the time to chase up and they do not have the right to lock my line due to their f ups
