The response says URGENT FEEDBACK FROM RUTH... ha ha ha ha ha, and i'm still waiting for Ruth's urgent feedback!!! Promises promises and promises, but no delivery! Ai Cell C, you are such a disappointment and huge lack of customer service!!!
