I had to load my blackberry with my BIS two weeks ago which I did, after that I had to switch my phone on and off which I also did but then my internet stopped working, I called cell c and they could not assist me I had to speak to cell c technical department. I had a bout 5 agents that I spoke to over 3 or 4 days not sure now but they all assisted me and tried to fix what ever problem it could be, they did all they can but my internet is still not working.

The guy that I spoke to last Friday gave me a reference number and said cell c will attend in 48hours and nothing happened yet, the lady I spoke yesterday also gave me another reference number and up till this morning I am still stuck without internet... How bad is that.
