I was charged for content services in my last two statements I received from Cell C. I will never willingly subscribe to content services. I contacted Cell C Call Centre, they had the attitude of telling me that these content services companies are not affiliated to them in any way and that if I wanted a refund then I should contact these content companies myself! Well CellC, I have a contract with you, not these content services, so if you willingly deduct from my account without my permission then you are party to this as well! Obviously, you stand to benefit from these companies so it is convenient for you. I had to waste my time contacting this content services company, spoke to someone with a bad attitude on the otherside. Was told i was unsubscribed and contacted Cell C to check on their side and confirmed this. I want to know what my rights are as a Cell C customer and your responsiblities are as a service provider? I made a simple request and that was to block any content services companies from charging to my account but Cell C cannot do this! I am not happy and considering cancelling both my contracts when it comes up for renewal.
