Second Hello Peter complaint in 3 months!!!

Three months ago I logged a complaint on Hello Peter as it was my last resort... today I have to do it again!!!

I have logged my issue 08 October (almost 5 weeks ago) at your help desk and it is still unresolved. I have phoned Vodacom numerous times ( - 20) - been transferred to so many people and just as someone gets to help me or make me feel there is hope your "on hold" tune drops my call and I need to phone again. Not once did any of your agents return my call, I logged my issue on your FB site and nothing happened to it. You know what - I never had an issue with Vodacom... but now you guys just proved how terrible your service is. It's sad I have to wait 20-months still but think it's time to move to another provider!

You guys charged me R4500 in one month for a cancelled contract! 5-weeks ago!! And the refund is still not approved. The phone was returned to you.
