Please can you explain when I open my acc that you email me every month there is this red highlighted text at the top of the itemised bill see below that refers to a voucher that I received from you I never received any voucher or a speed stick, and my contract was not signed for on the 28/5/2012 what is this about?

On the website it shows the date I signed and which is when I can upgrade as well being 28/2/2012 upgrade due 28/2/2014.

Please confirm what this is all about.
