Vodacom decided to now charge for an old device when you upgrade your contract on month 21. In essence, your money since they started charging for devices seperate to the contract (minutes / data) I upgraded a data line on 18 Oct. I suddenly found out that my November invoice is for the old device, AND the new device!! (Until the initial contract expires). So much for R369 per month and get a Samsung Galaxy Tab for free! Free??? Ya right! When did the change their terms and conditions? Was this approved by ICASA?

I refuse to pay for 2 devices. Vodacom better sort this mess out, and THIS week!! I am not afraid to fall back on the CPA, and I will be lodging a complaint with ICASA as well.

I am sick and tired of money grabbing people/corporates who milk people for everything
