4 weeks ago I took a contract with MTN Galleria, when taking a contract I was promised that the phone will be available in 3 days
I indicated that I will use my number and gave them the number.
Nobody contacted me to notify of the progress. 5 days later I went to the store and was told there is a waiting list fro the phone...
Why was I told it will be ready in 3 days knowing that there is waiting list?
I left and was told they will phone when it is ready, 4/5 days later my phone was ready I went to collect. (3vs10 days)
I was given a sim as agreed but was told it will only be activated the ff day.
4 days later the sim was still not working and the service agent called calmly as if nothing has happened and told me that the sim is faulty I must come the following day to collect the other one.
Told him that I am cannot come as and when they call me, indicated that I am not sure when I will collect.
2 days later (7Nov) I went to the store to collect. The guy was not there and the they told me he is not there i must come the ff day. Made noise and the manager intervened and promised to call me the ff day. He NEVER CALLED, till today (11Nov) I dont have the sim card but have to pay!
