Unauthorised deduction & Failor to honour contract

After 3 year on the same contract with MTN I decided to upgrade on the 23/04/2013, for a combo, S4 plus Samsung Galaxy Tab3. My contract was approved but later I was told by MTN MTEdgecombe that the Samsung Galaxy Tab3 was not avilable. For 4 months I was unscrupulously deducted extra money for devices I never signed for and collected. The worst thing was that, some of the debit orders were bouncing back as a result of that. I made inquiries on the 20/08/2013 to have the transaction reversed and the credit of R1372.49 was made made avilable to me instead of a refund that I requested. Secondly I was sent Promo List on the 04/11/2013 as requested by the same. I applied for the same combo S4 plus Tab3. The contract was approved and the devices are on my possession, but MTN Mount Edgecomb is now disputing the initial promo list and sent me another promo list which shows a price that is almost 4 times what I have signed for. They asked me to either honour the revised contract/promo list that I never signed for or return the devises. I am even confused now whether to even trust the revised offer. I need help.!!! I am taken for a rough ride, not once but on two concecutive incidents.
