Poor Service and bad attitue

I phoned Iburst to with regards to my internet that has got signal for the past 6-7 months. I have been paying on this contract every month but has not been able ot use it. It is to slow and there never seem to be signal. Fungui the person in Retentions refused to listen to me said that I have to pay for the contract before i can end it or I can reenter a new contract through Iburst but with Cell C. Unforunately I am not willing to pay for a service I am not getting and if I wanted a contract with Cell C on 3 G I would have entered in contract with them from the beginning. Second of all the contract they offer is for about the same amount I am paying now but with 8G less data.
I will never recommend Iburst as a service provider or their poor and rude customer service.
