Terrible customer service and lack of delivery

My phone was recently. Luckily I ordered a new contract phone 2 weeks earlier. The phone was meant to arrive but had not. I contacted Vodacom to track delivery. They referred me to RAM. RAM said that phone was returned to Vodacom Midrand. I asked if I can collect phone at Vodacom. Both RAM and Vodacom confirmed this would be possible. When I got to Vodacom, They asked me to contact RAM as they did not know where the phone was. Neither could they help me cancel the new contract to open the same contract at the branch. Once again I contacted RAM to ask where the phone was, RAM advised that they have sent it back to Vodacom over a week ago. This made me cancel the new contract, and
I requested a quote to cancel my current contract as well, but the fee is ridiculously high.
The consultants at Vodacom weren't very friendly an did not seem willing to help.
