IIllegally doubling contract value twice during co

New cell phone contract taken out with virgin mobile in - January 2012. type V Plan Top up 299... then after a few months it doubled in contract value - to a different value..which meant the talk limit doubled also... after a few months fighting..being told a contract is not allowed to be changed... etc etc... Virgin agreed to correct their fault..having seen the original few months billing info as V Plan 299. Now this October 2013..my contract has again been changed to double the invoice value... my company is paying for this as part of my remuneration... and my boss believes I have now twice tried to the system... PLEEZE.. This is illegal behaviour from Virgin Mobile. Last week, Lerato promised she would get back to me in this regard. No reply. Today spoke to apologetic gent called Kabelo. Ref 3181349. PLEEZE sort this out ASAP
