At which point will someone take on Cell C for breach of contract? I am at a point where I will take the extreme step of blocking all debit orders by Cell C until they do what they promised. After signing a 24 months contract, it took only a few days to notice that this would be the worse decision of my life. The service was poor in Johannesburg and is worse in Cape Town, especially in Durbanville, Despite 1GB data, I am unable to use it because the service is unreliable and does not stay up long enough to download even an attachment in an email. Despite my phones showing 3G (iphone 4 and Galaxy S4), no downloads are possible. Telephone calls are shockingly impossible, when they do actually work. Most calls are cut in the middle of the conversation without warning. It is now the norm to go on for over a minute before one realises that the call was cut off long time ago. Cell C blames Vodacom and yet they do not seem to acknowledge the bad service they offer after offering so much. I overheard a conversation by golfers complaining about a service. I took a guess and I said "Are you talking about Cell C" and the confirmation said it all. I want out ASAP
