Uncontactable after upgrade gone wrong!

Hi,

I received a call on the 4th, asking if I would like to upgrade. I did, received phone on the 6th Nov, did Simswop with vodacom on the 7th, today is the 11th and my simswop still hasn't been activated.

It keeps saying on the phone no sim. According to Vodacom the simswop was successful, but as yet the micro wim supplied isn't working in the phone. And try to phone Mondo is not possible because you can't get through to anyone.

I've had to go and buy a microsim and airtime so that I can atleast be online, because i am a woman alone driving, i can't not have any access/phone, especially driving 130km every day.

Please, i need to get this sorted or I am cancelling my upgrade with Mondo today and you can come and collect your and i will upgrade via vodacom.
