Rock and a hard place

I got a laptop from Altec auto page with a "One year ONSITE next business day service" from Infrasol. I logged a repair request on 14/10/13 @ infrasol and they kept telling me that a tech would come the next day and nothing came of that. I kept phoning infrasol again and again following a couple of days passing with no phone call or feed back from their side. I then called auto page centurion to report this issue as I have only had the laptop a month were as they told me to try to get it repaired again. After trying again I had to e-mail a picture of the sticker to infrasol because they didn't know anything about such a warranty... im still being kept in the dark as today is the 11/11/13 and still have no "next business day service". The laptop is now 2 months old and apparently I cant exchange it as per Altech auto page but I cant get it fixed either through infrasol. So basically I feel like I have been tricked into buying a laptop from Altech with a warranty that Infrasol cant honour. So I cant exchange or get the 2 month old laptop repaired after being sent from pillar to post and back again. I WON'T buy anything from Atech again or that has to be serviced by Infrasol
