Cellc network going down! bad service!

Me and my whole family have been using the cellc network and it has become the worst network around, my airtime dissappears for no reason, the network signal is always poor, calls get disconnected! Its pathetic! We are all changing to vodacom! That is the better network! The cellc customer care service is also pathetic & am someone who spend loads of money on airtime! Disgusted
