I have just had it now with Blackberry and all their problems, I own my own business, and need my mobile every day, as I always say, that it is my miniature Lap Top, and I receive emails on a daily basis
First I had a Blackberry Torch, which I also had to get replaced, endless problems, then I upgraded to Blackberry Z10, SUPPOSE TO BE ONE OF THE BEST PHONES. All this phone does, is switch off, even though your battery is 70% charged. My contacts disappeared on 2 occasions. And I know, for a fact, that if I take this phone back to Mtn Tokia, they are just going to send it for repairs, its practically a new phone, so this time around, I want them to actually change my phone, for something else, that is never going to give me problems, as I have no faith in Blackberry Phones any more. What a waste of time. Lets see, what Mtn, says next week. Z10, WORST PHONE EVER.
