Vodacom
All phone and data lines cut after R2000 payment

Without Prejudice
I did not receive an account (from aug to oct 2013) after the fiasco with upgrades that occurred in July 2013. Telephone calls did not help since the consultants failed me on the security questions (somehow, my ID number changed itself in the Vodacom computer)
I eventually sent an e-mail to management. They saw to it that I slowly received first an invoice for one telephone line, then another invoice later for the other telephone line after another call, then someone else sent me the current statement & after a period of time, I received copies of aug to nov statements. I did not know exactly what I owed, since I had cancelled a data package months before in correspondence with Vodacom. No-one could tell me what credits would be passed, and after no further correspondence, I paid R2000 on 29th November 2013. On 7th November, ALL my lines were suspended since Vodacom alleged I still owed around R770. This suspension meant I could not pay by EFT and due to being out of town & working late, it was not possible to get to a bank.
I have received a threat that If I do not pay this amount, Vodacom will cancel my contracts and claim the outstanding amount in a lump sum.
