I went to southgate this morning just to check if i was due for an upgrade as the lady was helping me she said i have been upgraded on th 23 oct, of which i never did an upgrade online and the lady requested the guy who did the upgrade without my knowledge to contact me, the guy (Oarabile- i think that is his name) called and he was very rude and i asked him where was the phone delivered and who collected the phone because that person was suppose to have the id when the phone was delivered, he told me he didnt put the delivery address on the system. SO WHERE IS THE PHONE, BECAUSE HE DOESNT HAVE THE DELIVERY DETAILS ON THE SYSTEM -BUT HE IS THE ONE WHO DID THAT SALE??? i requested to speak to his manager and at first he didnt want to put the call through to his manager, then i told him i'll hold even if it's an hour, then Marvin answered the phone and related the story to him and told him i also need a recording for this because i never upgraded. i need answers and an apology letter.
