I upgraded my contract yesterday via the online portal on Vodacom. Was promised delivery of my phone today. Today I am getting the run around from Vodacom and RAM Couriers. Finally got hold of a tracking number and phoned RAM. They told me Vodacom sent them a mail this morning to say they are not allowed to deliver any Vodacom packages until further notice. I then found out from a Vodacom employee in Cape Town that there are deliveries begin made by RAM. So, what has this got to do with me? I am not even allowed to get my package from them. Vodacom and RAM has got until 12:00 today to sort this out, or I am letting the newspapers know about the between Vodacom and RAM.
