I upgraded from a Step up 49 package to a Smartlite package end of August 2013. I phoned to ask when my new package will be up and the response was 1st September 2013. Nothing happened and so I phoned agian in September and they kept on telling me that I am on the new package, but every time I send PTO to 31050, I get the message stating: "You are currently on a Step Up 49 package. Reminder, you can call 082110 for Vodacom Deirectory Enquries". I kept on phoning 082 1958 and they say that I am on the new package and also a debit order was taken from my account on the 27th October 2013 but until today I am still on my old contract.

I phoned again on the 5th November 2013 and got the same story, my contract was changed on the 3rd November and it will take some time to show on my side, also they would send me a message to confirm. All of this with no response.

This is BAD service!!!
