I have recieved the most horrible service from Vodacom, last week friday i recieved my R315 airtime and i bought databundles for R159 and got an error message that it was not successful and i should try again which i did and it bought the databundles twice which is twice the amount and i called and asked them to reverse the other one because its not my fault that the first one gave me an error and they told me it would be reversed in 24 hours. today its friday and i have been calling every single day speaking to different consultants and now they tell me that Craig-Paul resolved this for me but on my side the airtime is not reflecting and i am holding on the phone now for almos 2 hours waiting to speak to this craig... I have spoken to mathews, vuyo and other consultants and they all keep telling they will call me back and they dont. I am highly disgusted with this poor services and imcompetent consultants. My contract is coming for renewal now in december and i am very much sceptical about renewing it due to this poor service.
