We need to change our hosting to our company's IIS server. So I phoned Afrihost to ensure that someone will be able to give me a copy of our database backup at 4 in the morning in order to do the change. They ensured me I will get the file within an hour. 5 Hours later they still have done nothing!!! Our site is down because of the changes we had to make it seems like they don't care. I spent 30 minutes @ 7 in the morning with Nokothula and she couldn't help me and said she will call me back within 10 minutes which she haven't done.
I spent another 30 minutes on the phone with them, I was on hold for the first 20 minutes of the call, still not resolved and they will call me back
I spent another 45 minutes with them on the line, I was in the queue for 35 minutes before anybody could help me. I'm still waiting for this to be resolved!!!
Their help center staff is incompetent and cannot help with simple copy of a file?? Ridiculous!!!
