My accumulated contract minutes

I had over 300 accumulated minutes on my contract (0828029703) and over 200 on another contract (0724266027). Although I can see them when enquiring via the Vodacom website the callcentre and service agents at Vodaworld cannot pick it up on their computers. I also don't receive the benefits of the accumulated minutes. Vodacom basically is them from us as they expire over time.

Solution description Credit my account with all free minutes accumulated. Revise all invoices for past two months in order to first use free minutes before billing for out of bundle minutes.
