So after eventually being able to make a call to your call centre without being cut off I am promised a technician will come to my house and rectify my network problem. Firstly he is 40mins late - no apology. Secondly he crashes his car into mine - more worried about his than mine. Thirdly he suggests a tower in my back garden. I have made numerous calls at my expense to your call centre only to be told my problem will be escalated to a senior manager. I have heard nothing. Your service is absolutely PATHETIC and you are my money.
It is fair to assume that I should be able to make calls, I have had 33 dropped calls in one day, your own centre called me and said, sorry the line keeps breaking up.
It is an absolute disgrace that you are allowed to operate with a licence
