Vodacom Advance Repair Centre did NOT Help

Dear Vodacom I have not experienced any problems until this year when I bought a Blackberry 9320 it work fine for 3 months then the software crashed I took it in at Vodacom Cresta they upgraded my software and it worked fine up until September when my phone would reboot by itsself and when it comes back online the battery is red meaning its empty, if I charge it full.. like 5 minutes later it reboots and does the same, so the whole of September my phone lived on the charger, came October when then it went all dead for a few days and when it decided to work it gave me a white screen showing "App Error 200". I then took it to Vodacom Cresta repairs they reloaded a new software and said my phone has been fixed. 3 days later it started its problem again the following week i went back to Vodacom and they said they will book it in to the Advance Repair Centre. Believing my phone would be fine I waited the 8 days for them to call me back, Today I went to Cresta to fetch my phone. they said its fixed, When I got home only to find out it is STILL rebooting every 5 minutes. I cant live without a phone anymore. Stressed here, This phone is faulty and a replacement phone will HELP!
