I received a Galaxy S4 from Nashua and within the first week it was already giving me problems. I was told it was a software issue by the technicians at Nashua Head Office and they did an upgrade but i guess whatever they did was not enough. The phone restarts and reboots itself constantly and sometimes doesn't pick up network or read my memory card. I took it in to nashua mobile for repairs and they booked it in for two weeks to check the software and hardware which was a waste of time because the phone did the same thing as soon as I walked out of the door at vodaworld. All i want is for my phone to be fixed so that i can carry on with my life and get a good nights rest and not be stressed about a phone. Rather they just give me a replacement phone. I will absolutely not pay for a contract phone that I am not using!! Mark Taylor must sort this out as the CEO of this company! I even legt the employ of this company and the baf service it seems to enjoy giving people!
