I ordered the iPhone 4S for R1999 on Mtn website they had a special at R1999 for an iPhone 4S on prepaid. I have the order number and paygate reference number. The money has been deducted from my account on Tuesday 07-11-2013 but they do not have the order on their system!!! 2 days have gone by and the call centre (0831233032) that I have spoken to which never calls u back as they promise do not know what the is going on, I am missing R1999 from my account and I don't have anything from mtn.
This is abousloutly ridiculous they need to tell me what the is going on I want the device which I paid for at that point I paid for the device there was stock, MTN cannot say there is no stock of this device. If there was no stock it does not allow u to pay for the item.
My friend perched his iPhone 4S on the website after mine and he received his iPhone today. So there is stock when I ordered the device. I will take this up with the Consumer Protection Council.
I want to know what is going on u take people's money and don't get back too them?
