Bad Attitude & Billing Issues

Once using the blackberry Vodacom app to purchase data for a 2nd contract, the data was loaded onto my blackberry contract (which honestly i am not needing data there), and the amount billed to the 2nd contract. In turn the 2nd contract which should have had the data loaded onto then run up a large data charge due to the data bundle not being correctly loaded onto that contract.

Subsequently to lodging a call to the customer service, where the issue was lodged incorrectly. The person that then contacted me was not willing to hear that the query was lodged incorrectly and all a while was not even willing to hear the correct situation and was forcibly wanting to resolve the issue, by just crediting me the data bundle under the blackberry contract and not make good on the situation or correct their applications. Once also asked to speak to their manager, they were not willing to transfer me, saying that he has to resolve it and that i am now telling them how to run their business.

Quite honestly its the worst resolve I have ever had experienced from such a company. Way to go Vodacom.
