For the last 10 days, I have been trying to apply for ACTIVE ACCESS with MTN but without success.

As it involved a 15 page application form, I specially went to the walk-in branch at Canal Walk. A young lady scanned the pages but, somehow, overlooked 3 pages. She never bothered to make sure that all the pages were scanned.

As a result, the application was not finalized and I had to repeat the whole process all over again. How frustrating and what a waste of time.

Judging from the numerous complaints about MTN, it is a wonder that they are still in business. Their incompetent and disinterested staff are a great advert for Cell C and other service providers! I will certainly avoid MTN like the plague!
