Pre-paid to Contract - STILL

I'm totally dissappointed with the service from this company.

1. My prepaid number was converted in to contract without my consent a few years back
2. I cancelled their contract for which I had never even authorised and requested my number to be returned to prepaid.
3. Now still after 3 years I get a problem with my number and I'm told by my network provider (Cell C) that they can't help as my number is still with RMCS even though I had requested a few years ago and signed some paper if I recall that my number be turn back to pre-paid so that if I receive any problems my network provider could resolve them without having to go through RMCS with their poor turnaround.

Now all of a sudden I have problems with my number and no one can help and I call RMCS and the gentleman still say my number is still with them.
