Mweb is abusing their ability to throttle accounts. My account was throttled for the first 4 days of November, it was then removed on the 5th and I could do what I want but sure enough by 8PM I was throttled again. We pay for a 2mb line meaning we should be getting 200kbps download speed but all we get is a maximum of 50kbps. Mweb is false advertising their products and should be sued because they also refuse to tell you what the maximum you can download is before they cap you. This is utterly poor service
