Vodacom charged me R1270 for a top up contract which I signed to pay R150 only per month. 082 313 3570.
they have debited the money from my account now im left with no transport money to go to work,
I phoned the call centre and the first two ladies who answered could not explain to my why my top up contract for R150 was over charged. I thought top up meant I use my R150 airtime then from there it becomes prepaid so how does it come to R1270. Is this how they are no making money?
