Oct 25th sms received that credit vetting being done for a new line. Oct 26th I go to Eastgate Customer Care who puts notes on system tells me to call Vodacom Direct. 27th call Siphomandla at Vodacom direct who cancels application. I request a copy of the recording to be sent to The Glen. Tuesday 29th sms from Vodacom advising me that phone will be delivered. I phone Siphomandla who manages to stop the delivery by Ram couriers but refuses to tell me to what address the phone was being delivered to. 4th November I receive sms saying that credit vetiing being done for new line. I go to Vodaworld customer care spoke to Simphiwe. She called Vodacom direct. I speak to Dorcas and cancel the second application. I request recordings of both the applications to be sent to The Glen so I can try to identify who the applicant is. To date no response.
I have spent a lot of money on phone calls and petrol to sort this issue out but Vodacom are not responding. How can 2 applications be made on my account without them picking it up
