How can Telkom not have a number for own store!?!?

On Saturday the 2nd of November I purchased a 3g modem from the Telkom mobile store in the Mall @ Reds in Centurion. The person fom whom I purchased it said it would be activated immediatly.

After a few hours when I got home from doing my monthly shopping I tried out the new modem, however it kept throwing out a sim error. I phoned the call centre and I was informed that it could take 2h to 24hours. As I was not in too much of a hurry this did not concern me.By 15:00 on Sunday the 3rd it was still not working and I contacted the call centre again. They checked the sim and said its not on the system yet. Then they checked on my Id number and eventually by monday I found out that the sim had been cancelled. I still do not know why, no one has contacted me to tell me that it has been cancelled or why. The only thing any one on the call centre can say is go to the store. The more I tell them I cant as it is far the less helpfull they become. Further more and this is the WORST thing I can possibly imagine by any company anywhere!!! Is that no one has a contact number for this store!!! Yes I am not freaken kidding, not telkom not the mall. No one. So please someone FIX this now!!!
