This weekend I discovered that my Cell Phone displayed: "sim registration failed", upon calling their Call Centre I was informed that my line had been permanently deactivated!!! One could imagine my shock as the number had been in use just the day before, apparently the action was by Catherine Moses of Cell C Davenport, someone I knew or I thought I did. Upon raising the concern with the escalations department, I received a call from them this morning claiming thatthey would not be able to assist me andd catherine will have to request the reactivation of the number I have been using for close to 10 years!
All I can say is wow!!!!
I admit Catherine and I did have a disagreement but ladies and gentleme, here is a so-called professional (mind you she store manager) that will use company resources to grudge subscribers of the network and to have the higher departments condone this only makes me wonder, how pathetic Cell C has become, one thing for sure, I would never recommend anyone to deal with the Cell C Davenport branch whilst run with such a vindicative person....
Customer service.... I think not... I think its time the people switch to a real SERVICE provide
