In 2011 there was a contract between myself and Vodacom whereby i was suppose to pay R28 and i will receive airtime worth of R48-00, Since the commence date of this contract i never received any airtime untill january 2012 whereby i received an sms saying i owe them an amount of R120 if i m not mistaken, before i could pay the money i quiried about this airtime i didnt received and was told that i will received once my line is opened because they had closed saying i m owing them... I never received it any still after i apid the money until they sent me another sms saying if i dont pay by June 2012 my line will be closed again then i said i wont any more money without me getting airtime i was promised or as per the contract i had with them. They closed my line and i kept calling them without any assistance they kept escalting my query untill today when i received a call from their lawyers saying i owe them an amount of R900 i asked how did it get to that amount whereas the line is been closed for over a year now. I have refferences proving i follwed up with them now my name is blacklisted because of their fault. Vodacom has really disappointed me on this one i used to trust them
