On 13 June I went to Norwood to change my contract from talk 500 which had ended to top up 200 and an sms bundle which I was advised to take. After 4 months my top up 200 was finally activated but my SMS bundle is still not activated. I should be paying R363.50 per month for all. I am still waiting for my refund for past 4 months that I was charged for. I cannot believe that a service provider like Vodacom takes so long to activate a customers contract that was advised to be taken. Please sort this out today. I am tired of following up which I should not have to do. Thanks
