I have to say I am appalled at the treatment I have received from cell sure the insurance administrators for Vodacom. I have lost my Iphone 5 and they are telling me they dont have stock of and i must try and get it elsewhere. I did do that and i sent them official an quote from a reputable retail store that has the handset and are willing to help. Now that they have to pay, they are moving the goal posts and asking for IMEI numbers which they themselves wont just hand out unless one has purchased a phone. No a single person is willing to help and maybe contact incredible connection to explain why they need the IMEI number but instead they are telling me I must get it. It seems like they are trying everything possible not to get me the handset i was insured for. This has to be the worse service i have received in a very long time.
