Unacceptable turn around time and responses

I took my phone to Nashua Mobile at Vodaworld as it had a cracked screen on 12th October 2013. They sent it in for an insurance claim and have given me a loan phone that can only send sms's and make no calls! I had to go buy a sim adapter as they had none. They told me teh phone would take 10 days to repair.
After 2 weeks of not hearing anything back, I called the call centre and they said that it was still with the repair centre. On the 21st October the insurer said that they agreed to have the phone replaced as they could not fix it. 17 days later (today) I still do not have a replacement phone. I have called numerous times and then was told yesterday (5 November) that there was no stock of the black Iphone 4s only 1 white one. I said I would be happy to take the white. Received a call after 3pm yesterday from a Stefan wanting my appleid and password to remove the Find my Iphone option - i thought this was a seriously inappropriate requests and said I would remove it myself - which i did. He said they were linking the new IMEI number as we speak.
It is now the 06 November 10:32 and I have called the call centre and still no one can say where my phone is or when i will receive it
