I subscribed to a gig 3Grouter package at R79 a month, the debit order goes off for R3000. I hadn't received a bill/invoice from them so I went into the branch at the east rand mall to enquire. At the branch I was told that they couldn't give me an invoice or tell me why it was so high. Realising that the I gig is clearly not sufficient and I am being billed at astronomical rates for any data used over and above the 1 gig that I've subscribed to I requested that they upgrade the package for me which they have done.
I then had to call in to request a copy of the invoice which they gave to me verbally over the phone. and this is how it goes: R79 for the first gig, any data used after that is billed at a rate of R2 a mb, there are 1024mb per 1GB so they are charging me R2048 for 1 GB. This is daylight as far as im concerned. Extremely annoyed!!!
