I have contacted the head offfice yesterday the switchboard lady was very unpleasant and blind transfered me. I waited on the line for such a long time before I got a gentlement to who assisted me, However my problem was not resolved.
When I called back this morning I spoke to Dineo Mashego, very friendly, efficient and went an extra mile to help me. She addressed my concerns and resolved my query under 15 minutes, didnt have to transfer me to anyone else. Now that's what I call Awesome service. Dineo you are indeed a service Champion.
