How can a company like this still be in business

I have been without my cellphone for nearly 6 weeks - it had to go in to repair a cracked screen for which I have insurance with Autopage. How can a company in this day and age accept and promote a turnaround time of five weeks and then after the loooong wait is over - not take responsibility to get the phone back to me? Autopage Menlyn seldomly answer their phones, promises to phone back / e-mail back but doesn't do so. If you go into the store they are unable to solve the problem and sends you away with a promise that is not kept. The Autopage call centre is even worse - after going through endless menu options, they ask you 10 verification questions, ask you to hold and then drop the call. Leaving one completely powerless to get back your phone which is your means of safety, connectedness and income in many instances. I am totally appalled, frustrated and unbelieving that this company continues to exist and sell new phones and packages to unsuspecting victims with their attractive pricing.
