I have ordered two Apple iPhone - 4s using MTN online Shop on 06/11/2013 with a gap of two hours one at around 12h15 PM and another one at 2h30 PM.
But, I have received same reference number for two different transactions and When i am trying to call MTN and they were saying it is very hard to track and trace the other payment.
The transactions went through twice and The money deducted twice from my credit card and The website is having so many issues that i have received SAME reference number from PAYGATE for my two different transactions.
I have called MTN customer care as well and received the reference number 2877247 for that action but when I am asking about it no body has a clarity around this.
Call centre people were saying "THEY" are going to come back to you. I have asked who are THEY and please connect me through to "THEY" and I got a response Unfortunately, Being a telephone service provider "THEY" dont have telephone facility.
Please look into this query urgently and please assist me as soon as possible.
THE SERVICE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE WITH MAINTAINING SECOND GRADE WEBSITE. PLEASE PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS WHEN YOU ARE TAKING MONEY.
